UN warns about the regional escalation in the Dr Congo conflict before the high bets Tanzania Summit

Diplomatic efforts to achieve peace are starting this weekend in Tanzania. It will be the first time that Paul Kagame and Felix Tshisekedi participate in direct conversations since the resurgence of the conflict.
