The former server demands the New York Polo bar for alleged use of cocaine, sexual harassment

Employees of an exclusive point of view of New York City supposedly used spray bottles for cocaine during their shifts and had a system to qualify the attractiveness of customers and otherwise participate in sexual harassment, according to a demand.

Polo Bar, a bar and restaurant owned by the Ralph Lauren fashion icon, has a “toxic culture” and “unbridled drug use and alcohol consumption at work”, Frank Nobiletti, an old finished server, says in a federal demand.

The demand alleges that the male bosses touched the employees under the appearance of verifying their uniforms, and the managers and servers often used cocaine openly at work.

A server supposedly sold cocaine in the establishment, and workers “regularly mixed cocaine with water in a spray bottle and used that bottle to ingest cocaine” through their skin during their turn, Nobiletti, 42, says in the demand.

Nobiletti accuses Michael Lewis, the bar events manager, and Darnell Dodson, its international hospitality director, to touch it inappropriate at different times.

The demand alleges that Dodson was known only to attractive men, even if they had no experience, hoping to have “a sexual relationship with them.” Nobiletti added that male employees who had a sexual relationship with him “would receive preferential treatment.”

The employees also supposedly played a “qualification game” in which they judged female customers by attractiveness.

“The male servers often made offensive and graphic sexual comments on women customers,” says demand.

Nobiletti states that he was fired last year after he complained about human resources about how “a terrible sexual harassment.”

Supervisors informed him that he was being finished “for drinking at work although, although the Pole Bar opened in 2015, management and staff drank alcohol and used illegal drugs during working hours with few or no consequence for such actions,” he said in the demand.

“While the restaurant and their working staff do everything possible to make sure that their guests have a first class experience, the defendants could not ensure that their employees had a safe and legal work environment,” he said in the presentation.

Nobiletti seeks unspecified damage.
