If you can’t eat gluten and miss drinking beer, you’re in luck! Ghostfish Brewery offers a wide collection of gluten-free beer while also offering a stellar menu. From pub classics like chili cheese fries and beer-battered onion rings, Ghostfish also offers pork belly bites, an orange chipotle pork taco, and a blackened salmon BLT on their extensive menu.

They also offer a monthly burger or sandwich special to keep hungry customers coming in the door. In November, they had a ground turkey burger with arugula and cranberry aioli. In December, they had their own version of a McRib they called the McPiggy Pork Sandwich: a 5-ounce grilled boneless pork loin chop topped with BBQ sauce, white onions, and spicy pickles.

For those who are vegetarians, customers can substitute a beef burger for an Impossible beef burger at no additional charge.

Happy Hour is available Monday through Thursday from 2 to 5 p.m.

The BIPOC, female-owned and run company specializes in gluten-free, vegan, and other allergy-friendly treats such as cookies and cakes. Their monster cookies, which sell for $10 and feature Pascha chocolate chips, are just as delicious as their fudgy brownies. They also have a variety of savory options to enjoy.

There are also standard brownies, chocolate chip cookies, and beer muffins. They also have some harder to find gluten-free baked goods, like an eclair or a yuzu cake. Have you ever seen a yuzu cake in a grocery store? Probably not!

The Nuflours schedule is pretty easy to remember! They’re open daily from 8am to 5pm, so there’s always time to stock up on treats.

Frankie and Jo’s has gluten-free ice cream…and cookies!

Who doesn’t want to end the day with an ice cream? Frankie & Jo’s offers everyone gluten-free ice cream in a variety of fun flavors. In addition to seasonal flavors like Cookie Milk and Chocolate Raspberry Swirl, they also have a staple of regular flavors like Chocolate Tahini Supercookie and Jamocha Chaga Fudge.

How can you not visit a place called Dude’s Donuts? Located across the water, all you need is a ferry to take you to Port Orchard to try their vegan and gluten-free donuts. Their menu changes monthly and consists of three consistent flavors, as well as three seasonal specials.

Dude’s Donuts is open Fridays and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., but you can also place an order for pickup at several Washington locations, such as Soulberry Coffee House in Tacoma or Pegasus Coffee Bar in downtown Seattle.
