The product of Super Micro, which is essentially composed of the central infrastructure that a Data Center developer would need to run Blackwell Chips in mass, has reached “full production availability,” the company said in a statement on Wednesday. The news worked to relieve some concerns about the limitations of the Nvidia supply chain, which the chips manufacturer has raised as a challenge in launching its most advanced chip.

Nvidia shares rose to 5.1% to $ 124.64 in New York on Wednesday.

The chips manufacturer based in Santa Clara, California, has faced challenges to increase its supply chain to meet the production of its new Blackwell chip. Chips demand continues to exceed the offer. In particular, the company has described the complexities of promoting its scale supply chain when many custom components are needed to build its products.

“And so, almost all companies in the world seem to be involved in our supply chain,” said Nvidia executive director Jensen Huang, in a call with analysts in November. On that same call, he specifically referred to Super Micro, along with SK Hynix Inc., Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., Foxconn Technology Group and others, as partners in doing so.

The availability of Blackwell headquarters represents a brilliant point for Super Micro. The company in December said it would replace its financial and legal leadership, the culmination of a tumultuous year in which a former employee alleged in a federal court that the company had tried to exaggerate its income. Subsequently, the investigation of the short seller Hindenburg Research made reference to the claims of the employee in a research on Super Micro, claiming “accounting and obvious red flags, evidence of transactions of the related related parties, sanctions and export control failures , and customer problems. ” His auditor, Ernst & Young LLP, finally resigned, citing concerns about the governance and transparency of the company.

The company also faces an investigation by the United States Department of Justice after the Hindenburg report.
