Just a few hours after Israel’s attacks on Iran’s nuclear and military facilities, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called for the Iranian people and said: “This is his opportunity to stand up (to the regime).”

The position of the regime not only with the international community, in the midst of its vast support for terrorism sponsored by the State, which has impacted neighboring nations from Syria and Yemen to Bahrein and Saudi Arabia, along with years of internal disturbances, it could mean the change of regime in the horizon.

“We are in the middle of one of the best military operations in history,” Netanyahu said Friday. “The Islamic regime, which has oppressed you for almost 50 years, threatens to destroy our country.”

Israel’s actions against Iran create strategic opportunities for us in nuclear conversations, experts say.

The Israeli leader said that Jerusalem’s objective by hitting Iran’s main military objectives is to frustrate the nuclear and missile threats that Iran raises towards the Jewish nation, which argued weakens the regime and raises a unique opportunity for dissidents inside.

Minority groups represent about 50% of the Iranian population, and some Iranian specialists have argued that if the minority groups, which are frequent objectives of oppression in Iran, joined against the regime, could play a fundamental role in the regime.

Iran has faced an increasing opposition since the death of Mahsa Amini, a Kurdish woman, who in September 2022 was arrested by the morality police of Iran and then died in a hospital due to her wounds.

Amini’s death caused mass protests throughout the country, to which they will applauded brutally and continues to execute those arrested during the demonstrations.

Fox News Digital said Yigal Carmon, president of the Media Investigation Institute of the Middle East (MEMRI), that the members of the Ahwazis, a minority group in the southwest Iran, which constitutes 6-8% of the population, have already been arrested by the regime in the middle of their fear of another internal resignation along with the war with Israel.

It is not clear if any demonstration has begun or if their arrests were carried out preventively.

“A regime change will be supported by many,” said Carmon. “The fact is that only minorities can bring a regime change because they are organized militarily.”

“A coalition of non -Persian ethnic groups could overthrow the regime in a few months,” he said. “Unlike the Persian population against the regime, the non -Persian anti -regular population is organized militarily.”

Other minority groups, such as the Kurds, which represent 10% to 15% of the population of Iran and live mainly in the border areas of the Northwest near Iraq and Turkey, as well as the Baloch people, which cover another 5% of the population and live along the border of southeast Iran with Pakistan, they also have a long history of opposition to the regime, although they have also suffered brutal consequences.

“He has never been weaker. This is his chance to stand up and let his voices be heard. Woman, life, Libertad Zan, Zendegi, Azadi,” said Netanyahu. “As I said yesterday and many times before, Israel’s struggle is not against the Iranian people.

“Our fight is against the Islamic murderous regime that oppresses and impoverishes you,” he added.
