López has given his opinion on his preferred formula for overcoming “difficulties” while going through another divorce.
The “Hustlers” actress has experienced her fair share of trials this year, including navigating a broken marriage and canceling a scheduled tour.
Lopez has now revealed that she overcomes challenges by making sure her perspective is correct.
“I think the way I get through things is not by thinking that they’re happening to me, but that they’re happening to me and what’s the lesson I need to learn in the moment,” Lopez said. British Vogue in a recent interview. “When I think about things that way and keep a more positive mindset about it, it’s easier to accept it for the lesson that it is.”

“Because those are really our difficulties in life,” he continued. “What am I supposed to learn here?”
López also added that “there are no coincidences,” since things do not happen “by chance” but for “a reason.”
He noted that he always asked himself, “What can I learn and how can I come out better on the other side, be stronger, be more knowledgeable, and evolve and grow from this point?”

The 55-year-old multi-talented artist recently opened up about how she has grown since her split from the “Argo” actor and the lessons it has taught her.
“I think to myself… ‘Thank you, God. I’m sorry it took me so long. I’m sorry you had to do this to me so many times. I should have learned this two or three times ago. Understand,'” he recalled while chatting with Interview magazine.
Speaking of the lessons her martial struggles have taught her, she said she has learned that she is “capable of feeling joy and happiness” on her own.
True to his words, López does not let anyone get in the way of his happiness and this was recently demonstrated when an interviewer made a joke about his age.

Meanwhile, Lopez and Affleck’s divorce is still dragging on and has yet to be finalized. The exes were rocked by rumors of a martial discord earlier this year when they went more than a month without being photographed together publicly.
López then proceeded to file for divorce without a lawyer in the Los Angeles Superior Court, where he indicated that the initial date of separation was April 26.
She also rejected any form of support and asked the judge to deny spousal support to the “Gone Girl” actor, but they have made no progress on their divorce.
A source said In weekly contact that the duo is still struggling to reach an agreement months after Lopez filed to end their marriage.

“It’s been six months since she filed and nothing has been resolved, it doesn’t seem like they’re close to finalizing the divorce,” the source said. “They both said they wanted to do it amicably and have even talked a lot about consciously wanting to separate, but that plan seems to have gone out the window because they can’t agree on how to divide things, which of course affects things.”
Despite their differences, Lopez and Affleck have chosen to maintain a cordial relationship with each other.
According Page sixA source said the estranged couple plans to stay “connected” after the divorce and would take care of their blended family.
“They have every intention of still being in each other’s lives despite not being romantically involved,” the source shared. “Ben and Jennifer are still connected and communicating when it comes to their children.”

Although Lopez and Affleck are still in the mediation process for their divorce, sources have stated that the singer is doing well despite the end of her marriage.
Not only is she of sound mind, but the singer is also interested in turning the page on the past before the new year and is “focused on her own life.”
“She’s had a rough year, but she’s doing well,” a source said of the mother of two, according to People Magazine. “She’s ready for Christmas and to start the new year anew.”
