Foxx recently turned 57, and on Friday night, he hosted guests and family for an intimate dinner at Mr. Chow’s in Beverly Hills.
However, the celebration soon turned into a heated exchange when members of the “Jackass” production team aimed a “p-nis laser pointer” at Foxx’s table, which projected an image shaped like a male genitalia.
At first, Foxx and his loved ones were confused by the laughter coming from the VIP section until they noticed the offensive image projected on their table.

The “Day Shift” actor needed stitches as the bottle that was allegedly thrown at him broke upon impact and cut him near his mouth.
Witnesses said Foxx, visibly bleeding, responded: “It’s my birthday. What’s wrong with you?” before leaving the restaurant to seek medical attention.

After the actor left to seek medical attention, the crew allegedly continued to aggressively confront their guests, eventually prompting Mr. Chow’s staff to call the police.
Foxx was not there when police arrived, but reportedly spoke with them about the incident.
Authorities have yet to corroborate the story of the “Jackass” crew members’ involvement as the investigation continues. So far no arrests have been made.
Attorney Bryan Freedman, representing Dickhouse Productions, said: “While the team has the utmost respect for Jamie, the version of events that has been presented is wholly inaccurate and deeply unfair to those who attended the Christmas celebration that night.”

Not wanting to make a big deal out of the incident, Foxx later took to his Instagram account to assure fans that he was fine and shared a positive message.
“The devil is a lie,” he wrote. “I can’t win here…thank you to everyone who prayed and watched over me…when your light shines bright…they try to bring darkness to you…but they don’t know you’re made for it…the lights have been shining intensely…”
He then promoted his new Netflix comedy special, “What Had Happened Was,” which premiered last week. In it, he addressed the cause of his mysterious hospitalization in 2023.
“Thank you so much to everyone who watched and was inspired by What Had Happened Was… #1 on @netflix! If you haven’t seen it, please go watch it; it’s from my heart and soul…” Foxx noted.
In his comedy special, Foxx was moved to tears as he recounted his mysterious health issue to fans, revealing that he suffered a “brain bleed that caused a stroke” and was unconscious for 20 days.
“I was fighting for my life,” he explained. “On April 11, I had a bad headache and I asked my son for aspirin… before I could get the aspirin… I went out. I don’t remember 20 days.”
The Oscar-winning actor shared that he was close to death and fell into a coma for several weeks.
He had met a doctor who gave him a cortisone injection, but that did not help the case, so his sister, Deidra Dixon, continued seeking medical attention for him.
