How to use voice writing on your phone

Touch the small “i” icon to the left of the toolbar if you need more indications on the voice commands you can use. If you want to continue using the voice writing in other input tables and in other applications until the microphone icon is turned off.

If the voice writing does not work, verify that it is enabled (it should be, by default): from the Android configuration, choose System> Keyboard> In -screen keyboard> GBOARD> Voice Typing. The voice typification process is similar in other android telephone types, although it may not be identical. iOS

On the iPhone, you also have access to voice writing where you need it. The default keyboard is supplied by Apple, although it can also use alternatives such as TBOARD If you wish. The keyboard appears every time you need to enter text, and you can touch the microphone button (below right) to start talking instead of writing.

You can use a variety of commands while you are talking. Simply name an emoji (such as “heart emoji”) or say the name of a score symbol (such as “exclamation mark”) to insert the character in the current position of the cursor.

It is possible to divide the block into blocks using the “new line” and “new paragraph” commands, which is useful if it is composing a long message. You can also say “undo” or “rebuild” to go back or forward in terms of the words you have dictated.

Your iPhone also allows you to use commands such as “select prayer” and “delete paragraph” to provide more control over the text blocks with which you are working. Sometimes, precision is not as good as it could be, but it should be able to compose a large part of most of its messages through this method.

However, the iPhone does not give an easy way to send the text that has been entered, as Android does with the “send” or “search” commands, although in some cases the searches will be automatically activated once you stop talking. In general, you must stop voice dictation (touching the microphone button or saying “Diction of stop”), and then touch the button to send or send your text.

This must be configured by default with iOS, but if it does not work, open General> Keyboard from iOS configuration and make sure the Enable dictated The lever switch is on. The other options here, such as automatic score, apply if you are talking or writing your text.
