Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are suing Los Angeles after losing their home to wildfires, alleging the city failed to repair a reservoir that was out of commission for nearly a year.


The couple, who rose to stardom on the “Laguna Beach” spinoff series “The Hills,” filed the lawsuit Tuesday with more than 20 other homeowners and residents.
