Eli Lilly’s weight-loss drug tirzepatide wins UK NICE endorsement

  • The UK’s medicines cost-effectiveness monitoring organisation, the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (“NICE”), has formally recommended Eli LillyNew York Stock Exchange:LLY) GLP-1 tirzepatide as a treatment for weight loss.
  • The drug is sold under the name Zepbound for weight loss.
