Arsenal’s manager Mikel Arteta says that Max Dowman, 15, “deserves to have opportunities” after the attacker midfielder again pressed his claims to play in the Premier League with an impressive cameo against Villarreal.
England International U-17 Dowman has had a rapid impact repeatedly as a substitute during the preseason, scoring several times and winning a second penalty in three games after replacing Bukayo Saka in the 63rd minute of the defeat at home 3-2 against the Spanish team.
“He continues to impress, no doubt,” said Arteta. “The impact he had on the game again, the efficiency he shows in each attack and action is incredible.
“You deserve to have opportunities and if you continue like this, let’s see what happens.”

Max Dowman: The newcomer from the Arsenal Premier League?

Viktor Gyokeres: Arsenal Building Fitness
Arteta delivered a first beginning to Viktor Gyokeres, whom Arsenal Hope will respond to his need for a prolific striker after joining Sporting in July for a rate that could increase to £ 64 million.
