Sean “Diddy” combs faces another sexual assault lawsuit amid his ongoing legal troubles.
According to a lawsuit obtained by Us weekly Friday, December 20 Troy Grayson is suing the rap mogul over a 2006 incident in which she was allegedly drugged and raped at a Diddy’s party. (TMZ He was the first to report the news.)
It all started when Grayson’s brother won a contest through an Oklahoma radio station. The prize included round-trip airfare for the winner and their guest, a hotel room in New York City, and two tickets to attend Diddy’s “White Party.”
Grayson alleges in court documents that she and her brother attended the party, which was changed to a “Black Party.” The alleged victim said she was allowed into the event while her brother stayed outside.
After having two drinks at the party, Grayson said he started to feel sick and headed to the bathroom.
Grayson said in court documents that he does not remember the rest of the night, but remembers waking up at Saint Vincent’s Medical Center in New York with a torn shirt and no underwear.
After flying back to Oklahoma, Grayson said in court documents that she received a call from an anonymous woman who allegedly told her not to take action against Diddy because he was a “celebrity” and she would simply be “wasting her time.”
TMZ also reported that Grayson’s attorney Ariel Mitchell He said his client decided not to report the rape at the time out of fear and confusion.
In a statement to TMZ, Diddy’s team denied Grayson’s allegations, saying, “Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone or participated in sex trafficking. Ms. Grayson admits that she does not remember the events alleged in her complaint, does not know who was allegedly involved, and has never spoken to Mr. Combs. Your accusations against him are pure fiction. As we have said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every baseless lawsuit and lawyer-driven money grab. “He has faith in the judicial process, in which the facts will be separated from opportunistic fabrications like these.”
According to his presentation, Grayson does not remember anything about the alleged assault. He also doesn’t mention ever seeing or speaking to Diddy at the event.
The lawsuit comes after Diddy was arrested in September for sex trafficking, extortion and other alleged crimes. He denied the accusations and pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Since Diddy’s arrest in New York City, many alleged victims have filed lawsuits against him. While he remains in a Brooklyn prison awaiting a criminal trial in May 2025, Diddy has maintained his innocence and denied all civil allegations against him.
“Mr. Combs and his legal team have complete confidence in the facts, their legal defenses and the integrity of the judicial process,” a statement read. Us in October. “In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone, whether adult or minor, man or woman.”
