Season 4 of a television program is not something about what I write very often, since my approach is video games. But season 4 of Mythical mission It is another matter.
Debuting with the first two episodes on January 29 at Apple TV+, the program brings the comedy back in the workplace on a video game study. The cast of the set returns with stars like Rob Mcelhenney (as the creative director of Mercurial Ian Grimm) and Charlotte Nicdao (Poppy Li technological leader) and more. The program is good to bias the sometimes ridiculous culture of the video game industry, and is in white, since it was originally created by Ubisoft.
The program is dumb as usual, but I like how one of the opening scenes is about Play Pen, a content trick generated by the user intended to revive the basic online game of the study. In the second episode, all users are busy doing sex games and the study has to discover what to do about it. David requests the help of the Ethics Committee of the study to find the answer. And, of course, AI is the next great trend that is skewed in the program.
The Rachel game tester (played by Ashly Burch) has been appointed studio monetization head. She will be difficult to be more evil than Brad Bakshi (played by Dani could) to earn money.
The head of the study, David Brittlesbee (played by David Hornsby, executive producer) continues caught between the protagonists of the study and the corporate headquarters. It is still too real when it comes to references to silly things in the game industry. In preview, I have been reviewing it.
The opening show, the limits, explains the new responsibilities and limit lines drawn by the characters as their lives change. Ian and Poppy have joined the studio after hitting on their own. But Poppy, always the addict to programming work, now does not work so hard because he has a new boyfriend. It is interesting because the program recognizes real -world games development problems, such as too crunch or long work hours, often unpaid. Then, of course, Poppy creates a version of Ai of herself to work for her and help Ian with her brilliant blows of the middle of the night.
The season will have 10 episodes, with the end in Apple TV+ on March 26.
Mythical mission He is an executive produced by Mcelheny and Charlie Day under their RCG standard, Michael Rotenberg and Nicholas Frenkel on behalf of 3arts, and Margaret Boykin, Austin Dill and Gérard Guillemot for Ubisoft Film & Television. Hornsby and Megan Ganz also produce executive products. The series is produced for Apple TV+ by Lionsgate, 3 arts Entertainment and Ubisoft. The first three seasons of Mythical mission Now they are transmitted worldwide on Apple TV+.
In the new season, the program also has an expansion of the Mythical mission universe, Secondary missionthat explores the life of employees, players and fans who are affected by the game in an anthology format. If you need a CNN/Fox News break all the time and our current political landscape, I recommend it Mythical mission As a good fun.
