While San Diego Comic-Con gets most of the national and even international attention, Southern nerds tend to flock to an entirely different fan convention: Dragon Con, the nonstop five-day celebration of all things nerdy. . Sure, it’s full of the usual elements, like panels and vendor rooms, but it all has the drunken, woozy wobble of an endless party.
