Arsenal is looking “actively” to bring some attack options this week after losing Gabriel Jesús and Bukayo Saka due to injuries, said manager Mikel Arteta.
Jesus suffered an anterior cruciate knee liga lesion in the Arsenal Cup FA draw with Manchester United this month, while Saka underwent an operation in an lesion in the hamstrings in December.
The couple has scored the 16 goals combined in all competitions this season and registered 15 assists.

Signing players in January is rarely simple, but Arteta said the club is anxious to make a movement if they can, before a Premier League meeting with Wolverhampton Wanderers.
“We lost two very important players. We lack goals and options in the front, it is clear. If we can get the right player, that’s what we are actively seeing, ”said Arteta.
“Any player? No. Someone who makes us better and has an impact on the team. For the period we have lost to those players, we need help because we are short.
“The team is still dealing with that, but we have to do the right thing for the club.”
When asked if Arsenal would need to sell some players to leave space for incoming signings, Arteta said: “It is a balance and depending on what player it is.
“Is it a player who will give us space or will limit us again in a certain position? The rules are quite complicated. It’s not just what you bring and what you sell, it is what resources you have after that. “
The Arsenal, who launched points in a 2-2 draw with Aston Villa last week, is second at the Premier League and Trail Liverpool table for six points, and the leaders had a game in hand.
The Club of Northern London will imagine its possibilities of at least maintaining that gap when they travel to Wolves on Saturday, with their opponents in the 17th post that their last three league games lost, but Arteta urged caution.
“Tomorrow will be a really difficult game,” added the Spanish manager.
“They are a really good side, so we will have to compete. Now they are at a different moment. Everything is important. You know I prefer not to talk about people, only the collective quality they have. ”
