Amplitude Studios Unveils Turn-Based Fantasy Game Endless Legend 2

Breadth studies announced Endless Legend 2, a highly anticipated next installment in the award-winning fantasy strategy game series.

The game will take players back to the Endless Universe with a mysterious world, unique factions, and epic storytelling. Developed by Amplitude Studios, Endless Legend 2 combines the expertise behind the Endless and Humankind games to take turn-based strategy to new heights. Amplitude is a French game studio based in Paris. It was founded in 2011 by former Ubisoft employees Romain de Waubert de Genlis and Mathieu Girard. It was acquired by Sega Sammy Holdings in June 2016 and became part of Sega Europe until becoming independent again in 2024. Now, after eight years, it is ready to meet the pent-up demand for the Endless Universe. Turn-based strategy games are becoming rarer on the mainstream gaming market, so we’ll see how they fare.

Players will immerse themselves in Saiadha, a beautiful and dangerous ocean world where ever-changing seasons and monster tides dramatically transform the landscape.

As the water descends, the environment itself becomes both an obstacle and an opportunity for discovery. Players will have to adapt to these constant changes, face ancient threats and discover the secrets buried deep within Saiadha. Each cataclysm brings with it new dangers, but also unique opportunities.

In this world, a player’s choices matter. They must guide their hero on epic journeys to conquer new territories, gain valuable experience, and build deep relationships with allies and rivals alike.
