Trump’s inaugural fund receives $1M donation from Mark Zuckerberg’s Goal: report

Mark Zuckerberg’s Meta Platforms has donated a surprising $1 million to President-elect Donald Trump’s inaugural committee, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Citing people familiar with the discussion, the media reported The paycheck promise came before Zuckerberg met Trump at a dinner at Mar-A-Lago in November after the Republican’s presidential victory.

At the dinner, according to the outlet, Zuckerberg also demonstrated the company’s latest invention, Ray Ban smart glasses, and gave them to Trump.
