I hate cleaning my bathrooms, specifically my showers and tubs. It is my least favorite task for several reasons. First, I don’t have particularly large bathrooms in my house, so to clean the inside of the shower effectively, I have to contort myself into a pretzel-like position or get into the shower. Also, despite trying many different types of cleaners, none have done the job to my liking when used with a sponge and a little (a lot) of effort. But that all changed when I bought this Leebein electric scrubber just a month ago.
I don’t know why it took me so long to invest in one of these devices, but I’m so glad I finally did because my showers have never been cleaner. I chose the Leebein because it had a lot of good reviews on Amazon and was quite affordable at $40 during the Black Friday period. I also appreciated that your description said it charges via USB-C (in fact, it does) because I have some “regular” devices that still suck in the stone age with microUSB. Leebein embraces modernity, if nothing else.
After charging the wand, I found it was effortless to swap out the brush heads for whichever of the eight included ones I wanted to use. The handle can be extended so I can, gasp, stand outside the shower and still clean the inside without completely destroying my lower back. The scrubber has two speed levels, and the highest setting combined with a thick brush was more powerful than my effort could ever be.
Discoloration, soap scum, and grime are no match for this combo, and when I’m done, everything comes apart easily so I can store it in the box it came in or a container in my laundry room. I haven’t taken the Leebein out of the bathroom yet, but I’m excited to try some of the cloth brushes on my hardwood floors and clean some of the sink drains with the small, pointed brush. But even if the Leebein remained a bathroom-only tool, it would still be worth its weight in gold because it makes my least favorite task much more bearable. — Valentina Palladino, Associate Editor
