Mauricio Umansky, the soon-to-be ex-husband of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Kyle Richards, was seen kissing a blonde woman in Aspen, Colorado, on Tuesday night.
Umansky and Richards own a vacation home in Aspen, but the 54-year-old real estate agent was seen leaving a local sushi restaurant while cuddling with a young blonde woman. Umansky and the “RHOBH” star separated in 2023 but have not yet divorced.
The young woman is reportedly an Instagram model.

Rumors about Mauricio Umansky cheating on his wife have been a storyline on “RHOBH” since the show debuted in 2010 on Bravo. According PEOPLEThe couple married in 1996 and have four daughters. Richards admitted that the couple broke up after she lost his trust following an unknown incident and was unable to win it back.
The couple announced their separation in July 2023, although Umansky did not move out of their shared home in Encino until May 2024. Richards and Umansky admitted that they had had a difficult year as a couple.
“Any claims about divorce are false,” the couple told PEOPLE. “However, yes, we have had a difficult year. The most challenging of our marriage.”

Amid the fallout from the couple’s separation announcement, Umansky appeared on “Dancing with the Stars” and his wife was on hand to watch him compete. However, he was upset when a photo of the real estate mogul holding hands with his dance partner, Emma Slater, went viral after the duo had dinner at a restaurant in Los Angeles.
Umansky later claimed that he and Slater were not dating and accused the paparazzi of creating an “explosive moment,” according to Page six.
“When we left dinner, we were recapping and I reached out to grab Emma’s hand, and she grabbed my hand, and we, you know, walked to the cars just recapping and recapping and then the paparazzi caught that moment. It has become an explosive moment.”

According TMZUmansky and the Instagram model, named Klaudia K, were seen together earlier that day shopping in Aspen. The couple was reportedly visiting Kebo Sabe, an upscale country-western style store in the snowy city.
However, Umansky was also recently linked to model Nikita Kahn. Last summer, the duo was spotted getting romantic on the beaches of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
The two were also seen kissing in Greece. However, Umansky seemed to move on to another young blonde to make out with, judging by the Aspen photos.

Umansky is the founder and CEO of real estate agency The Agency, and the company was featured on the Netflix reality show “Buying Beverly Hills.”
The show featured the CEO and his daughters, Farrah Aldjufrie and Alexias Umansky, as they sold luxury real estate in Los Angeles. Richards appeared on the show and gave insight into the couple’s split.
“It’s hard as a parent to try to find the balance between being honest with you and not sharing too much,” he said. “Some things are private between (Mauricio and I). They just are. So I’m sorry if you feel like I haven’t shared enough, but that’s why.”
The Agency is now an international real estate company. However, “Buying Beverly Hills” only aired for two seasons before being canceled by Netflix in August.

As The explosion As previously reported, Umansky upset Richards when he replaced a photo of the couple in his home office with a photo of him and his “Dancing with the Stars” co-star Emma Slater.
Richards’ co-star Sutton Stracke revealed Kyle’s displeasure over the photo exchange during an episode of “RHOBH” in season 14.
“I mean, at that moment, for me, I said, ‘Bye, Mauricio.’ But I don’t think Kyle did that,” Stracke said. “I just think she was hurt and kind of hopeful. Hurt and hopeful.”
Stracke also urged her “RHOBH” co-star to file for divorce from the real estate mogul as soon as possible.
