Russia has “captured” the Georgian state, the EU is “too complacent”, says president

Speaking to FRANCE 24’s Mark Owen, Georgian President Salomé Zourabichvili says Russia has captured the Georgian state through electoral meddling, propaganda and financing, and that this is a message to the European Union that while Brussels is committed to supporting Ukraine, Moscow is “quietly taking over Georgia.”
