Toys “R” US has announced that it will soon begin to reopen stores. The company closed everything and declared bankruptcy in 2018.
Toys “R” Us represented the greatest achievement of humanity. The existence of giant stores filled to the edge with articles whose sole purpose was to make children happy is something that could only happen in a civilization that has reached a level beyond any other in the past of humanity.
Therefore, it makes sense that the entire company has done the business and closed all its stores in 2018. By then, the United States sliding in a garbage container full of used needles and bureaucracy was underway. The tents that border the streets of almost all American cities began to multiply at a fast pace that year. For 2018, it was clear that this was no longer a civilization that could support something as wonderful and frivolous as “R” toys.
Now, however, toys “R” US is returning, which means that they have found enough hopeful investors about the possibility of a return to the maximum level civilization.

While it is great to see investors move with optimism, opening a chain of large cash toy stores looks like a risky investment in an environment where the global population is in decline. That is particularly true in states like California, where the fertility rate is currently 1.51.
The replacement level fertility rate is 2.1. Basically, there will not be many children to buy in toys “R” US in the future.
For some reason, toys “R” Us is not opening stores in South Dakota, the state with the highest fertility rate in 2.1. If you want a larger state, there is Texas, the state with the second highest fertility rate in 1.81. If you expect to sell toys to children, those are the places where we must be “R”.
