The best idea of the 2025 horror movie is a dog

Horror as a genre looks a lot like comedy: if you have a strong enough premise, you can escape the murder. What surprises me is that we do not see many more modern horror movies in a premise with elegant abandonment. There is an infinite number of narrative games and tricks that you can build in the horror genre that sells a audience with a great idea, and it is likely that they really have not seen before.
