The future of AI can be exciting and intimidating. While some have taken full advantage of AI to automate the tasks and make the work more efficient, others are worried, or even scared that they take their job one day. But fear and ignoring AI is not the right approach to be taken, according to the businessman, the investor and co -founder of the Resy restaurant reserve service, Gary Vaynerchuk (Also known as Gary “Vee”).
“I think there is a lot in this and technology is deep,” said Vaynerchuk, who has invested on Facebook, Twitter and Uber, in a Recent Episode of the Podcast Liz Moody. “If you really are afraid, what I definitely tell you that you should not do is hang out and drink beers and complain about it.”
Vaynerchuk said that the most vulnerable to AI are probably those that are not extracted from their own creativity and, instead, work based on explicit instructions. For example, a graphic designer who is a “orders.”
“You can’t think of a creative idea, your boss does it, well, then you’re dead,” Vaynerchuk said. “But if you have an idea, you are creative and strategic, you have time.”
“Learn a new skill. Request a new job. Calculate,” he added.
The businessman said that this is not the first time in history when humans have had to adapt to significant technological changes.
“Didn’t we learn from calculators or the Internet? We see this every time,” he said. “When the tractor was invented, 80% of society worked on farms, and many people sat on farms … and said that this tractor will take our work, and we obtained new jobs.”
Vaynerchuk told Moody to hug AI to help him be more efficient is the best approach, and exactly what he does. Use tools such as Chatgpt as your “strategy thinker”, instead of a creation tool.
He explained that he recently requested ChatGPT indications in social networks or pop culture that the “clean shave aspect during the peak of the Friends It was “could resurface. Vaynerchuk was from one side to another with the chatbot for 30 minutes to see if this is a potential cultural change that could be advanced as an investor.
“From the point of view of investment and from the marketing point of view, I want to think about how Gillette needs to think about things,” Vaynerchuk said. “I want to invest in the next Dollar Shave Club or not? Is there anything to have?”
In the future, Vaynerchuk plans to encourage its employees in Vaynerx to capitalize the AI and optimize its efficiency. He told Moody that he is celebrating a meeting throughout the company that describes those expectations to make AI more part of his work.
“Not because I need you to work more. I want you to work less if you want, you can work three hours instead of nine, but you must the f – k of that,” he said.
