The countdown is at the most anticipated meeting of the year. Precisely at 1.20 pm on Tuesday, the headline will raise the tape, the famous roar will be elapsed through the Gloudeshire field and Cheltenham Festival 2025 will be underway.
Four days of elite horsepower, improved by an carnival atmosphere when the traigators of the entire United Kingdom and Ireland meet for the ‘greatest grass show’.
The stars are, of course, horses. Constitution Hill, Jonbon and Teahupoo are scheduled to run before the climax arrives on Friday with Gallopin des Champs for its third successive gold cup.
Around the races come the trainers related to the coaches: Can Willie Mullins continue their domain; How will Nicky Henderson go after his nightmare 2024? Will Gordon Elliott surpass them both?
Add the many complexities of this sport in particular, what comes, the weather, the form, and there will certainly be innumerable stories that arise in the course of an absorbent week.
The races simply do not improve … 🤯

Constitution Hill is the first of the great successes to act, going at the Hurdle Champion, the race characteristic on Tuesday. Henderson’s star shift was lost last year due to poor health, but he was expected to return with an explosion. However, that was until Elliott chose to enter Brightaysahead after an enormously impressive exhibition in Leopardstown in December. It should be a real battle.
The two day, or the style of Wednesday, since it has renamed, sees Jonbon in action in the champion of Queen Mother Steeple Chase. Henderson can have more confidence in this, even if he does not rule out Guerrero Gaelico, Engumene or Marine Nationale.
Can anyone stop Jonbon? 👀

Thursday is the day of St. Patrick, where the emphasis is both in the ‘craIC’ and in the races. That does not mean that there is not much emotion on the track with two characteristics of features, including the obstacle of the stilettos in which Elliott’s Tupoo should have enough to repeat the triumph of last year.
And then he is the greatest when Galpin Des Champs tries to make history by joining the tastes of Cottage Rake, Arkle and Best Mate and return to his back.
The star of the Mullins stable secured a third successive Irish gold cup last month and will be very supported to repeat the feat in Cheltenham.
“It’s huge,” said Mullins.
“It’s amazing that we have a horse for a third golden cup, (he) could be in Arkle, the best couple category.
“To be associated with a horse like this, it is a great honor to be involved. We are all delighted and we hope that the dream stays alive. “
Nothing feels like cheltenham … 🤩

It would be an appropriate ending for what will surely be another exciting festival if Galopin des Champs can do it.
But if he does not, he simply creates another headline, another horse pushed to stardom.
And see anything, fans will enjoy: Guinness will be drunk; The stories will be told; The laughs will be long and strong.
Give it.
