The M23 rebels backed by Rwanda arrive at the center of Bukavu in Dr Congo | Military

The M23 rebel combatants have advanced in the center of Bukavu, the capital of Kivu del Sur, in the Democratic Republic of the East of the Congo, causing mixed panic and celebration scenes. It arrives only a few weeks after the armed group backed by Rwanda confiscated rubber, in an unprecedented expansion of the territory of the RDC under its control.
