The standard entry-level Fire TV Stick, for example, offers HD playback if your TV supports it. There are many options for a variety of budgets and all your streaming needs.

4K and HDR
Models like the Fire TV Cube, Fire TV Stick 4K, and 4K Max support 4K resolutions and HDR protocols, while the standard Fire TV Stick Lite and Fire TV Stick do not. If you’re not too concerned about high-resolution streaming or your TV model doesn’t support anything higher than 1080p, these latest models should meet your needs. Otherwise, you might want to opt for one of the 4K Sticks.
Alexa integration
All five Fire TV Stick models have remotes with built-in search and voice control powered by Alexa. But if you’re looking for something a little more advanced, the Fire TV Cube may be your best option. That’s because it’s equipped with all the capabilities of a standalone Alexa speaker, allowing you to use your TV hands-free, without a remote control. Full Alexa integration also means the Cube can control your smart home devices, like lights and thermostats. While simple Fire Stick variants can do this too, they require a connection to a separate Amazon Echo speaker. If you’re looking for a combination Alexa, speaker, streaming device, you’ll probably be happier with the Fire TV Cube. If this isn’t your top priority, or if you already have an Echo speaker, one of the Fire TV Sticks will be fine.
