December 12 Jan Ravnik—one of Taylor Swift’s dancers who gained a devoted following during the Eras Tour—took instagram to share that he’s still coming to terms with the tour’s record-breaking conclusion, just four days after his last show in Canada.
“I still can’t find the words to fully describe what I feel. It’s like there’s a weight on my chest, a mix of gratitude, love and sadness, because saying ‘thank you’ just doesn’t seem like enough.” the Slovenian artist wrote in a post. “I never imagined I would be performing in front of sold-out stadiums around the world.”

He continued: “Night after night, I was able to share the stage with the most dedicated, creative and passionate people. From my fellow dancers who inspired me to be better every day, to the band and bgv (background vocalists), the crew and everyone who are behind the scenes and who made the magic possible.
Swift’s producer confirmed The New York Times that the Eras Tour attracted a staggering 10,168,008 attendees and generated $2,077,618,725 in ticket sales, officially making it the highest-grossing tour of all time.

Ravnik expressed his gratitude to Swift’s choreographer, Mandy Moore, before directing his thanks to Swift herself. He thanked him “for setting the bar so high that he made us rise to the challenge” and “for changing my life.”
“We’ve made memories, we’ve shared laughter and tears along the way,” he added. “I am not the same person I was 2 years ago and I can easily say that these were the best years of my life.”

In a cheeky postscript, Ravnik shared the one memento she has from the Eras Tour: the purple ladder she used during her standout routine to Swift’s Midnights hit, “Lavender Haze.”
“I would like to announce that Ladder and I have mutually decided to separate professionally. However, we remain on good terms,” he revealed. “I am currently in a quiet retirement community (aka my living room), helping me paint walls and hang shelves. We ask for privacy and understanding during this heartfelt transition.”

After the conclusion, PEOPLE confirmed that Swift distributed $197 million in bonuses to everyone involved in her Eras Tour over the past two years. The generous gesture included truck drivers, caterers, instrument technicians, merchandise teams, lighting and sound teams, production staff, assistants, carpenters, dancers, band members, security personnel, choreographers, pyrotechnics teams, riggers , hair and makeup artists, wardrobe teams, physiotherapists and video equipment.
Kameron Saunders is taking the end of Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour especially hard.
“I haven’t stopped crying since Sunday,” Saunders wrote on social media. “And because of that simple fact, I’m not ready to find the right words to sum up this entire experience and the last two years of my life.”

“I want to thank each of you for being part of the most exciting chapter of my life to date: my beloved Eras Tour,” he said in a video.
